Schok is redefining what a world-class flip-phone should be, adding amazing new features that are usually reserved for the most expensive phones in the market. For the first time in this segment, we are offering the biggest and brightest display measuring an impressive 3.2 inches, and a Best-in-Class (300PPI) pixels per inch experience. These pixels are so dense that they are not visible by the human eye, creating an impression of sharp print-like text. As per today, the Schok Classic is the only flip phone in its category that can achieve an impressive 500 nits of brightness. The display looks amazing even when the device is directly under very bright conditions; such as the sun light. To make it extremely durable, we coated the internal parts of the phone with a patented new Nano-technology solution, providing a layer of extra protection, making it completely dust proof. Once again, disrupting the flip phone segment, we included a true 8MP camera with auto-focus that was professionally tuned to its maximum capacity to take vibrant pictures.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We have a 30-days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@primefig.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
