OVERVIEW

At FrugDeals, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping procedures, estimated delivery times, and other important details regarding your order.

PROCESSING TIME

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Orders placed after 5 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

 Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Below are the estimated delivery times for different shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (3-7 business days) – Free for All Items

  • Expedited Shipping (2-4 business days) – Free for orders over $50, otherwise calculated at checkout.

  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days) – Cost varies based on weight and destination.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship within the United States, including all states and territories. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

ORDER TRACKING

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the carrier’s system.

DELAYS & LOST PACKAGES

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or unforeseen circumstances.

  • If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our support team at support@frugdeals.com.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please notify us within 10 days of the estimated delivery date so we can assist in resolving the issue.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

  • If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please email support@frugdeals.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged product.

  • We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

ADDRESS CHANGES & INCORRECT INFORMATION

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing an order.

  • If you need to change your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@frugdeals.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been processed.

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
