The T-Mobile Coolpad Surf mobile hotspot gives you secure WiFi at home or on the go for up to 15 devices! With the Coolpad Surf T-Mobile, you can connect up to 15 WiFi-enabled devices and create a WiFi bubble on the go for your friends and family, whether you are on a road trip or outdoors camping or just streaming shows and games on the go. This T-Mobile mobile hotspot features 150Mbps download speed, 50Mbps upload speed, WiFi tethering, full control over security with custom settings, dual 2.5GHz and 5GHz bands, a sleek build and a lightweight design and comes with a micro USB port for connectivity and charging and uses a Nano-SIM (not included) to connect to the internet. The Coolpad CP331A hotspot has a single-core 1.3GHz MDM9207 processor and operates with Linux 3.18 operating system. This new device comes with a 2150mAh Lithium-Ion battery.

COMPATIBILITY
These Coolpad Surf CP331A devices are only compatible with T-Mobile. They will not work with other carriers but will provide WiFi to any WiFi capable device. A nano T-Mobile sim and T-Mobile data plan are required for use and can be acquired from T-Mobile if you do not already have one.

Quick Setup:
1. Place an draft, nano sized sim card, into the hotspot.
2. Take your device that you would like to connect to the internet and connect to the WiFi name or SSID printed on the back cover of the hotspot (ex. Coolpad Surf 1000 2.4 GHz) and use the password which is by default, the last 8 digits of your device’s unique IMEI number located in the battery compartment or on the box label.
3. Go to the web portal: http://mobile.hotspot

4. From this page you have the ability to press the “Connect” button on the left hand side of the home screen if your hotspot does not automatically pick up your wireless carrier network.
That's it! You now have secure Wi-Fi everywhere you take your CoolPad Surf! Connect up to 15 devices!

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We have a 30-days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@primefig.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
